GOXGO wishes to clarify that the booking service through the app only guarantees the submission of your request into the ride management system. Therefore, the actual ride will be confirmed only a few minutes before the scheduled time and will take absolute precedence over all other active requests. However, the availability of taxis is subject to operational capacity, which means there is no guarantee of fulfilling every booking request.
